June 2012 theme
PLAY

It’s time to PLAY loopdeloopers!

We know you all love to play – play with pencils, play games, play with each other…play with yourselves… wait wait wait! No.

Keep it kid friendly, folks, because this month is sponsored by Wheelbarrow.
A studio that specialises in adapting awesome children’s books into animated and narrated interactive experiences for the iPad, iPod and iPhone platforms.

Wheelbarrow have chosen our theme of ‘PLAY’ because that is what they are all about. Making engaging apps that kids will want to read and play over & over again. Their app ‘The Very Cranky Bear’ has been featured in the Australian App store, and ‘The Wrong Book’ made it to #1 in the top paid books category for iPad! You can find out more info about their apps and what they do at www.wearewheelbarrow.com.

Being a bunch of big kids themselves, the barrowfolk love watching cartoons. When they are not making apps or drawing on the walls of the studio, they tune into Loopdeloop to get an animation fix, or indeed make a loop themselves! That’s why they want to get involved this month and give away a fabulous prize to the winner.

So go on! Get going – its PLAY time!

The submission rules are simple;

  • it must be made by you,
  • it must suit the month’s theme,
  • it must be engaging,
  • it must be submitted in one of our specified formats,
